AKA FrannieI would not recommend taking her course. I paid the whole amount for the class, and she refused to provide an extra copy when I lost my course material. If you want to take her class, make additional copies of your materials because she won't give ANY support once you finish the course. A money-hungry instructor.

I just had my first guided breathwork session with Astrid. I've only ever done breathwork at home following youtube videos. Therefore, my experience was very limited. However, my session with Astrid was intense. I never felt so good after a session. I felt like I was able to tap into a deep part of me. It was sort of surreal. I learnt I definitely had some energy blockages in my body and can't wait to explore other parts of myself with the help of Astrid.

Astrid (aka Lucie) is a true Reiki Master. I learned so much more in her Level 1 Reiki Practioner training than I even expected. This was an eye opening experience. I’ve never done breathwork and I had no idea what to expect. Lucy has an amazing, calming voice, and she led us through a journey in just an hour. We got to know our bodies at a whole different level and I can say personally, everyone who came out of our session was in awe.
